Eye Wrinkle Cream – Use It!

Since the area around our eyes is one of the first places where wrinkles begin to develop and our face is always on show, anti-wrinkle eye creams are extremely vital. And of course, wrinkles can make us look older and that is one thing that nobody wants!

In time it is normal to have some wrinkling in the eye area, because the average person blinks 10,000 times a day and our eyes are constantly being used, we smile, we cry, make all those necessary facial expressions. Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try to minimize the damage.

In a way, noticing the first few gentle wrinkles on our face can be a wakeup call (it sure was for me). The eye area in particular is in most cases the first place to show the signs of age because of its fragile skin texture. The area around the eye is thinner than the rest of the face and throat. As a matter of fact, the skin around the eyes is the thinnest skin on our entire body.

As if that isn’t enough, there are also no oil glands in the eye area to provide it with moisture. If we don’t give the skin around the eye area an added boost of moisture, its going to get visibly dry and wrinkly.

It’s rather never too early to start using an anti wrinkle eye cream, gel, or serum. If you start using it when you are in your late teens or early twenties, you’ll surely be satisfied with your looks when in ten years or so you compare the lines you have to the lines of women your age; you’ll notice the difference.

So, what should we do next? Take action!

First step is to find a dermatologically formulated anti-wrinkle eye cream, paying attention to your age and skin type, especially your skin tends to tear easily or is ultra-sensitive. In that case you will probably going to need a hypoallergenic eye cream.

Then you look for an anti-wrinkle eye cream rich in vitamins and anti-oxidants and use it continuously to keep the eye area healthy and firm. After you’ve chosen an appropriate creame, tested by ophthalmologists for safe use around the eyes, you can take the next step.

You also need to apply your anti-wrinkle eye cream, serum, or gel properly, in order to reduce eventual morning puffiness. Make sure your fingers are clean, and then gently tap a really small amount of your cream onto the outer corner of the eyes, don’t pull or stretch. Eye creams are supposed to be fragrance-free and they should match the pH of your tears.

Using a cream once a day should fight against the appearance of wrinkles, dark circles and fine lines, or if you already have some lines, an anti-wrinkle eye cream should make them shallower and smaller. In any case, whenever you start, it’s well worth the effort.

You can find three main types of eye wrinkle cream, day eye cream, night eye cream and non-specific eye cream. Day eye cream makes your eyes look better in the daytime, reduces dark circles and puffiness. Night eye cream repairs the skin and prevents further damage. Non-specific eye cream gives the eye area a bit of extra moisture if you do not want to use your regular moisturizer around your eyes.

A great help to your eye area are also some facial exercises as well as staying out of the sun as much as possible. And remember that some skin care products promise instant results and others a bit slower result. It also depends on the number and type of fine lines and wrinkles you have.

How To Play Golf Like The Top 5% Of Golfers

As golf players, we are always pushing to perfect our game. It is a continual battle for improvement that seams never ending. Even the professional golfers are constantly working on their game. That shows you how difficult golf can be when you see even the pros struggling to maintain a constant level.

Do you know that only about 5% of golfers Worldwide can break 70? Do those golfers have something that we do not? According to golf manufacturers and their advertising claims, we need the same expensive golf equipment that the pros use to play to their level.

That obviously is marketing hype, as you can now pick up the same driver that a PGA star used last year for under $200. So, many of us do have technologically advanced clubs and golf balls that the pros use; why are we still unable to break 70 or even 80?

For some reason the average golf score has barely changed during the last 30 years. Multi-billion investments have gone into developing new technology for golf club and ball construction. Millions have also been spent by advertisers trying to push these products down our throats.

So we now have these clubs that are easier to use, are more forgiving, have higher launch angles, plus golf balls that combine optimum distance, spin and feel. Still, the majority of golfers are still struggling to shoot in the 80′s! It seams that a great golf game can not be bought; not even with all the golf swing guides, hundreds of new golf training aids, or up to date instruction methods.

There is something missing from our game that only the top 5% of golfers know about. It appears that that “thing” that they possess is mastery of the Mental Game of Golf. That is the missing ingredient that can promote the quickest and most lasting change in any golfer’s game. This is the only area of golf that doesn’t cost a penny to use, so it is interesting that barely anyone uses it.

The mental golf game: Using your mind in a calculated, methodical and focused way is the surest method of improving your game and lowering your scores. Mastering the Inner Game of Golf can do wonders for your game. But you have to understand how to implement the methods.

After you do, you will have confidence in yourself and your game, be able to control your attention, cure your golf nerves and anxiety, have clear focus and mental toughness, and eliminate anger from your game – plus many more benefits.

Familiarity of the inner game of golf is what separates the top 5% of golfers from the rest of us weekend warriors. You have see it in action on the PGA Tour because all those guys have access to the same equipment, golf swing teachers, and putting gurus. The difference between them comes down to how well they master their mental game of golf during each tournament.

Visibly, at their intensity level and with all the pressure and media reporting, it is hard for them to maintain high levels of concentration and focus day after day, week after week. That is why even the likes of Tiger Woods can not win every major in a year or even dominate the majority of events in a season, every season.

But for mere mortals like us, understanding and using the mental game of golf techniques can have an immediate and long lasting positive affect on our game. It is the quickest way to lower your scores and take your game to the next level. If you would like more information on how to start, then read How to Learn the Mental Game of Golf. You will also find a couple of free reports, Mental Game Tips and Mental Game Self Assessment, that you can download to get you started.
